Your first 10 minutes on LMpad
A quick tour of Explore, My Pad, and running your first prompt with any OpenRouter model.

Browse Explore
Open Explore from the nav (or the homepage) to scroll the prompt gallery. Filter by category, sort by hot or new, and open any note to read the full prompt.

Sign in for your pad
Create a free account to sync notes, folders, API keys, and saved outputs. Without signing in you can still browse and run prompts on note pages.

Save a prompt you like
On any prompt page, click Save to pad. The note copies to your private corkboard where you can edit, pin, and organize it in folders.

Run it once
Click Run prompt on a note page or from a card on your pad. Fill in {{variables}} if the template uses them, pick a model, and stream the result.

Save the output
After a run finishes, save the output under the note on your pad. You can revisit outputs later or export the note as Markdown.

Tips
- ✓Start with a free model — no API key required if LMpad's free tier is enabled.
- ✓Use the Guides section for workflow tutorials and keyword-specific prompt playbooks.
- ✓Set My Pad as your start page in Settings if you want a Google Keep-style home screen.
